With over 18 years experience in HR, Itziar now heads the Talent and Development function for Deutsche Bank EMEA. Starting out as an HR consultant in Coopers & Lybrand, where she gained experience in internal communication, practitioner roles and HR consultancy projects across different sectors, in 2002, she moved to PwC as HR Business Partner for the Tax&Law division (Landwell). In 2004, she joined Deutsche Bank Spain as T&D specialist and since 2009, she has built up a solid international career in HR, combining HR Business Partner roles with Talent and Development, covering now 15 countries within EMEA. Her areas of expertise are Generalist HR, Talent and Performance Management and Leadership Development.
